Roasted Red Pepper and Paprika Hummus





Ingredients needed: 
Tahini paste
Red pepper
Cumin
Chilli
Paprika
Chickpeas
Lemon
Water 

So hummus with gluten free pitta bread is currently my favourite snack. The sweet chilli one you can get from Tesco is delicious, I'm not really a fan of plain hummus. Since I'm getting back into cooking again, I thought I'd try and make some homemade. I followed a quick and easy recipe from my favourite vegan blog Deliciously Ella. It literally takes 2 minutes to make and you can store it for a few days and snack away! I'm going to try having it with some sautéed vegetables or/and quinoa. The possibilities are endless with hummus!
